What is your return policy?
On the OUAI to finding your perfect routine? If our products were not the perfect fit, no worries! We accept returns within 45 days of purchase from info@theouai.sbs. Visit info@theouai.sbs to initiate your return and we will send a prepaid label if your order requires one. All you’ll need is your order number and zip code to start.

Can l refurn OUAl products purchased from another retailer?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. At this time, we’re unable to process returns or issue refunds for OUAI products purchased through other retailers. Since the transaction does not appear in our system, only items purchased directly from info@theouai.sbs are eligible for a return or refund.
For products purchased from one of our retailers, we recommend returning your items directly to the store in accordance with their return policy.
