How long does OUAI shipping take?
Due to higher order volume throughout the holidays and our Black Friday / Cyber Week sale, please note that orders may experience slight delays with fulfillment**
Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours during business days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, so shipments placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If you do not see any movement on your tracking after 4 business days (excluding weekends), please reach out to us at info@theouai.sbs and we’ll be happy to help.
Transit Times:
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Some orders may arrive in separate packages. A second tracking email will be sent once the remaining items ship.
If you have any concerns about your delivery or do not receive the additional tracking email, feel free to contact our team and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
On the OUAI to finding your perfect routine? If our products were not the perfect fit, no worries! We accept returns within 45 days of purchase from theouai.com. Visit https://theouai.com/a/return to initiate your return and we will send a prepaid label if your order requires one. All you’ll need is your order number and zip code to start.
